Sean “Diddy” Combs, the influential music mogul and founder of Bad Boy Records, faces fresh legal troubles as three male accusers filed lawsuits against him on Thursday, alleging sexual assault and rape at various locations in New York.
These new claims add to over two dozen existing civil lawsuits involving accusations of sexual misconduct spanning decades.
According to court documents obtained, the accusations include incidents that allegedly occurred at Combs’ Hamptons home and two Manhattan hotels.
One accuser claims he was raped by Combs and his “associates” at the artist’s East Hampton residence during the summer of 2020 after consuming a drink he believes was spiked, causing him to drift “in-and-out of consciousness.”
Another accuser, a man who performed errands for Combs, alleges that in February 2020, the music mogul drugged his drink and raped him at the InterContinental New York Times Square hotel. The accuser claimed that after the incident, Combs dismissed his resistance, stating that reporting the assault would make him “look like an idiot” because of Combs’ celebrity status.
A third accuser alleges that in 2019, he was raped in a hotel suite at the Park Hyatt New York after consuming a drink made by Combs.
The filing states that a man and woman filmed the incident, and the next morning, the accuser awoke disoriented and confused, with $2,500 in cash handed to him by one of the individuals. Combs had allegedly left the hotel room before the accuser regained full consciousness.

Combs’ representatives have strongly denied the allegations, calling them “lies”. in a statement, it continues, “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him,” the statement read.
These lawsuits follow a wave of sexual assault cases filed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents several accusers alleging abuse, rape, and misconduct by Combs.
The controversy has also extended to Jay-Z, another high-profile music mogul. In a lawsuit amended on Sunday, a woman identified as Jane Doe accused Jay-Z and Combs of drugging and raping her following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. Jay-Z responded fiercely to the allegations, denying them in a public statement and vowing not to settle.
“I look forward to showing you just how different I am,” Jay-Z wrote in a letter shared via Roc Nation’s official account. He accused Buzbee of using public scrutiny to pressure settlements, asserting, “No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are.”
